Wrapping your luggage in plastic film will protect it from damage during transport. The service is available in the public area of the terminal, always two hours before the scheduled departure.
Price: CZK 100 (EUR 5, USD 5) per bag
In the event of damage or loss of baggage, please report to the Information desk in the arrivals hall immediately upon arrival, where a claim form will be completed. If passengers leave the terminal before filing a claim, their right to claim for baggage is automatically forfeited.

To enjoy priority check-in and VIP lounge services, please arrive at the ticket counter in the departure hall between 2 hours and 45 minutes before your scheduled departure.

VIP check-in
Priority check-in service when purchasing access to the VIP lounge.
To use priority check-in, you must report to the Information desk. An authorised airport staff member will accompany you to the nearest priority check-in counter. You will then be guided through security and passport control and from there directly to the lounge.

You can connect for free on all your devices in all areas of the terminal.

For the youngest passengers, there is a children’s playroom at Gate 2.
Baby changing facilities are located in all toilets, both in the public area and in Gates 1 and 2.
Fast food is available in both the public and non-public areas of the terminal (Gates 1 and 2).
There is a Duty Free shop in Gate 2 area, offering cosmetics, alcoholic beverages and other small items.
